Terms of Use
CodexFit - A Product of twotwentyseven London Ltd.
1. Introduction Welcome to CodexFit, a booking platform developed and managed by twotwentyseven London Ltd. These Terms of Use outline the conditions under which you, as a client, may access and utilize CodexFit. By using CodexFit, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Scope of Responsibility 2.1. If you, the client, are responsible for the development and hosting of your website, CodexFit's responsibility is limited to the styling, implementation, and maintenance of the CodexFit components embedded within your site.
2.2. If twotwentyseven London Ltd. has built and integrated CodexFit components into your website, then website support and maintenance will be governed by the standard terms and conditions outlined in the applicable Statement of Work with twotwentyseven London Ltd.
3. Warranty and Maintenance 3.1. CodexFit warrants that its work will be free from defects for a period of three (3) months from the date of completion or for the duration of an active maintenance contract, whichever is longer.
3.2. During the warranty period, any defects caused by CodexFit components will be resolved at no additional cost, provided the client has not made unauthorized modifications.
4. Hosting and Support 4.1. Website, or CodexFit issues will be dealt with based on the following SLA:

Priority 1 Events (server downtime, corrupted database, show-stopper bug): Resolved within 8 hours of reporting during a working day, or within 24 hours if reported on a weekend.

Priority 2 Events (user impact, performance issues, service degradation): Resolved within 3 business days from the time of reporting.
4.2. All issues must be submitted via CodexFit support for tracking and resolution.
5. Hosting Security and Reliability 5.1. CodexFit is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), a leading cloud platform that offers secure, reliable, and scalable hosting. AWS provides:

Robust data encryption to protect sensitive information.

Multiple availability zones to ensure redundancy and minimize downtime.

Continuous security monitoring and compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC 2.

Automated backups and disaster recovery mechanisms to prevent data loss.
5.2. AWS’s security infrastructure ensures that CodexFit remains operational and safeguarded against cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches.
6. Payment Security 6.1. CodexFit uses Stripe as its payment provider to process transactions securely. Stripe is a globally recognized and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Level 1 certified payment processor, ensuring the highest level of security for financial transactions.
6.2. Stripe implements industry-leading encryption and tokenization methods to protect sensitive payment data, preventing unauthorized access or fraud.
6.3. Payments processed through Stripe are compliant with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws, ensuring that client payment details are securely handled and never stored by CodexFit or twotwentyseven London Ltd.
6.4. By using CodexFit’s payment services, you agree to comply with Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
7. Billing and Payment Terms 7.1. Platform fees for CodexFit are invoiced on a monthly basis as per the agreed-upon Statement of Work.
7.2. Failure to make timely payments will result in suspension or disconnection from the CodexFit service. Reconnection is subject to full settlement of outstanding balances and may incur additional fees.
8. Amendments 8.1. twotwentyseven London Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of CodexFit after amendments signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law 9.1. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
